EMPLOYABILITY

With the rise of the gig economy, portfolio career and hybrid job, what businesses want is workers who combine acumen with creativity, collaboration with good communication skills; people who can innovate and solve complex problems. Yet nearly 60% of businesses around the world say they are unable to find candidates who possess those skills.

We strive to make youth employable holistically by using some democratic tools created by the youth for the youth.
1. Employability Training
We are licensed users of Facework, an employability training framework developed in collaboration with facework UK. This training is based on the top 10 skills needed for future jobs as published by the World Economic Forum. This training is divided into three parts, namely, I am, I can and I will.
2. Career Counselling
Career Counselling is an important activity which is often overlooked, especially for the youth that belongs to lower and lower middle class families. Often these young adults do not have role models or adults at home to provide adequate guidance and support. We provide career counselling and guidance to youth from the underserved strata of the society.
